Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete design lifecycle of hyper-scale data center projects.
Coordinate seamlessly with clients, engineering leads, and construction managers to hit strict milestones.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to guarantee optimal financial and operational performance.
Ensure all facility designs meet rigorous industry standards for sustainability, safety, and operational resilience.
Manage risk mitigation strategies and resolve complex technical hurdles proactively.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field.
Proven experience managing large scale data center or critical facility design programs.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems unique to modern data centers.
Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for inspiring global teams across remote environments.
Strong communication abilities and a client first mindset.
