Overview

As our new Program Director, you will act as the principal strategic lead for vital healthcare programs. You will collaborate closely with government stakeholders, direct high performing cross functional teams, and steer the delivery of large scale projects tied to the Affordable Care Act and CMS guidelines. Your strategic foresight will help shape the future of public health technology and program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete lifecycle of major government health programs from initial strategy to final delivery.
Maintain seamless alignment with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services objectives and standards.
Oversee financial performance, resource allocation, and operational risk management.
Build enduring relationships with key clients, partners, and internal teams to foster a culture of excellence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on Affordable Care Act policies and program stabilization.

Requirements

Bring at least ten years of related professional experience in program management and delivery.
Demonstrate deep familiarity with CMS operations and the Affordable Care Act.
Possess the ability to obtain and maintain an MBI Full 5C T3 public trust clearance.
Excel at communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
