As our new Production Specialist, you will sit right at the intersection of storytelling and community. You will help shape how incredible vehicles are introduced to a massive global audience of gearheads. By guiding everyday sellers from their initial vehicle submission all the way to a live auction, you make the magic happen.

Key Responsibilities

Transform seller submitted details and photography into polished auction listings that meet our exact Bring a Trailer quality standards.
Partner closely with sellers and internal teams to gather missing facts, make necessary updates, and verify total accuracy before launch.
Act as the main go-to contact for sellers during the pre-auction journey, offering prompt, friendly, and professional communication every step of the way.

Requirements

A genuine passion for cars and a solid understanding of automotive culture and terminology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer first mindset.
Superb organizational habits and acute attention to detail when handling data and media assets.
