Key Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will play a central role in driving the successful delivery of our cutting-edge AI products and features, with a specific focus on our Arabic speaking markets. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the end-to-end production lifecycle for various projects, from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
Collaborating closely with engineering, research, product, and marketing teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Managing project schedules, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensuring the highest quality standards are met for all produced content and features, particularly those localized for Arabic speakers.
Facilitating clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones.
Optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the production pipeline.
Championing user experience and product excellence, advocating for our users' needs, especially those in Arabic speaking regions.

Requirements

We are searching for someone with a proven track record in production management within a fast-paced, innovative environment. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

At least 3+ years of experience in a production management, project management, or similar role, preferably within a tech or AI company.
Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential for this role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote setting is a significant advantage.
A passion for artificial intelligence and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge technology.
