Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production activities, ensuring alignment with organizational plans and timelines.
  • Supervise complex welding and manufacturing operations, maintaining strict quality control.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production bottlenecks, rejection rates, and rework processes.
  • Ensure seamless shop floor management, including manpower allocation and workflow optimization.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance with ISO/IMS procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet production targets and support company-wide operational excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment. Hands-on experience in the fabrication of structures for Oil & Gas, Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, or Solar Structures is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and structural drawing interpretation.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC punching, plasma cutting, hydraulic presses, and drilling equipment.
  • Technical familiarity with ERP/SAP systems for production reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to mentor shop floor staff.
  • Experience with 5S methodology and rigorous safety standards.
