Key Responsibilities
- Create clean, production-ready character turnarounds in Adobe Illustrator.
- Produce plush specification sheets and detailed manufacturing documentation.
- Prepare clear, organized sample feedback sheets to guide factory revisions.
- Translate written communication into precise visual updates for our manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal production teams to ensure every plushie matches the approved concept artwork.
Requirements
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator with advanced vector drawing and character turnaround skills.
- Strong attention to detail when creating specification sheets and technical documentation.
- Prior experience in the plush, toy, or soft goods industry is considered a major bonus.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment anywhere in the world.
