Overview

As our new Product Owner, you will sit at the very heart of our product development lifecycle. You will own the strategic roadmap for specific functional areas within our Workday portfolio. By diving deep into market trends and truly understanding the complex challenges our users face, you will translate customer pain points into innovative software solutions that help organizations reduce risk and maximize their Workday investment.

Key Responsibilities

Own, refine, and champion the product roadmap for the Workday Pay Transparency Analyzer and related functional areas.
Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and identify market opportunities.
Translate high level business needs into crystal clear user stories and product backlogs for engineering teams.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and strategic alignment.
Drive the product lifecycle from initial conception through to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience operating as a Product Owner or in a closely related product management capacity, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
Solid familiarity with the Workday ecosystem or HR technology products is a massive plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
A curious, problem solving mindset and a passion for building user centric products that make a real difference.
