We are looking for a Product Owner I to join our Forms Development crew and help steer the future of our auto, property, and umbrella insurance offerings. You will guide the delivery of policy form content that drives profitability and keeps us compliant with regulations. Best of all, this is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you collaborate globally while enjoying the comfort of your home office. While candidates living near our Portsmouth, NH, Plano, TX, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA hubs can optionally utilize our physical spaces two days a week, the role itself is completely location flexible for global talent.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage product backlogs and prioritize features to keep our high-throughput forms factory running smoothly. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear, actionable user stories. Ensuring that every policy form is accurate, scalable, and delivered on time will be your daily mission. You will also play a vital part in our ongoing platform convergence and operating model evolution, helping modernize how we bring products to market.

Requirements

Familiarity with content management systems, insurance products, or regulatory compliance is a massive plus.
