Overview
This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will sit right at the intersection of product, engineering, design, data, and marketing. You will own the execution quality from the ground up, turning high level stakeholder priorities into crystal clear technical tasks. No dedicated owner for a critical project? You step in and close the gap. We are looking for someone who sets honest timelines, inspects the actual work, and refuses to let quality slip.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing.
- Translate big-picture goals into clear, actionable technical tasks and well-defined tickets.
- Keep every active workstream moving at a rapid pace while maintaining exceptionally high standards.
- Take direct, hands-on ownership of orphaned projects that fall between traditional team roles.
- Monitor execution quality closely and intervene immediately when pace or deliverables slip.
Requirements
- Strong background in product ownership, project management, or execution-heavy tech roles.
- A rigorous mindset that values clear documentation, honest timelines, and shipping work that meets a very high bar.
- Demonstrated ability to herd cats and align diverse teams like engineering and marketing toward a single delivery goal.
- Absolute comfort taking initiative and filling in operational gaps without needing constant direction.
