Since our public launch in September 2023, we have achieved nine-figure annualized revenue with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. As our Product Owner for Growth, you will lead the charge in identifying and executing initiatives that accelerate our user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will be instrumental in expanding Flex's footprint, ensuring more business owners discover and thrive with our innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the growth product roadmap: Develop and prioritize initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, aligning with company objectives.
Conduct rigorous experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement across the user journey.
Utilize data extensively: Leverage analytics, market research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform product decisions.
Translate user needs into actionable requirements: Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
Manage the product backlog: Ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for development sprints.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work seamlessly with marketing, sales, engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful growth features.
Monitor and report on key metrics: Track performance against growth goals, communicating progress and insights to stakeholders.
Champion the user experience: Advocate for intuitive, delightful experiences that drive user satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong focus on growth initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement).
Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes through product development and experimentation.
Deep understanding of product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within fintech or a similarly complex domain.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team setting.
Comfortable with extreme ownership and a bias for action.
