Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap specifically tailored for Canadian payroll features and compliance.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into seamless product experiences for employers and employees.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams using asynchronous communication channels.
Leverage AI tools and innovative strategies to accelerate product delivery and scaling.
Gather user feedback and analyze market trends to continuously improve our all in one employment operating system.

Requirements

Deep, hands on experience in Canadian payroll systems, compliance, and regulations.
Proven background as a Product Owner in a fast paced SaaS or tech environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a remote first culture.
A self starter mentality with a high degree of autonomy and a passion for high performance.
Familiarity with modern product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
