Overview

Bjak is at the forefront of creating A1, a proactive smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows for billions of users. Our mission centers on building highly reliable systems capable of long running workflows, persistent context, and real world task completion, significantly reducing the time users spend on daily tasks. This role focuses internally, building the AI powered systems that empower Bjak itself. You will be instrumental in identifying and implementing AI solutions that enhance efficiency and automate processes across various departments, from People and Finance to Operations and Recruiting. This is a fully remote position, open to talented individuals around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of AI powered internal tools and systems, guiding them from initial concept through to successful production deployment.
Identify and evaluate opportunities where artificial intelligence can dramatically improve internal processes across areas like People, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, data science, and internal stakeholders, to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions, utilizing data driven insights to inform product iterations and continuous improvements.
Ensure the seamless integration of new AI capabilities into existing business workflows, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
Drive the strategic vision for how AI can transform Bjak's internal operations, fostering innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong emphasis on AI or machine learning products.
A solid understanding of internal business operations, including areas such as human resources, finance, and general operations.
Demonstrated ability to identify significant opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through technology.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, capable of breaking down complex challenges into manageable solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at articulating technical concepts to non technical audiences.
A track record of successfully delivering products from ideation to launch and widespread adoption.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and fully remote work environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
