Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across digital platforms to ensure accuracy and visual appeal.
- Assist in creating engaging media content to promote marketplace items and brand awareness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and building strong, positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Support general media and product-related tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar product, media, or customer-facing role.
