As part of our Product Management team, you will join a focused and influential group. We collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to build a robust two-sided marketplace. Our mission involves consistently delivering valuable business to our professionals while ensuring millions of customers successfully complete their home projects annually. Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a specific product area, guiding its vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to define requirements, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Drive the execution of product development cycles, facilitating clear communication and efficient collaboration among all stakeholders.
Champion an outcome-obsessed approach, continuously measuring product performance and iterating based on data and user insights.
Act as a strong advocate for both homeowners and service professionals, ensuring a balanced and thriving two-sided marketplace.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within a marketplace or consumer technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive significant business outcomes.
