We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to help shape the strategic direction and execution for Ema, with a particular focus on our UK initiatives and market. You will be instrumental in identifying customer needs, prioritizing groundbreaking features, and working closely with our exceptional engineering and design teams to bring innovative AI capabilities to life. Key Responsibilities

Clearly define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap, particularly for our focus on the UK market.
Conduct thorough customer research and discovery to uncover deep user insights and pain points.
Craft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that guide development.
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and design partners to conceptualize, build, and ship impactful features.
Analyze market trends, product performance, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and inform future decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on enterprise SaaS or B2B products.
A solid understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or related emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Experience working within a fast-paced, agile development environment.
