Overview

As a contractor with micro1, you will join an advanced customer project focused on AI system development. This unique engagement positions you as an expert contributor, applying your deep product management and product ownership knowledge to train next generation AI. Your work directly shapes how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high quality, real world input. It is important to understand this role is strictly for evaluation and analysis. This engagement does not involve traditional roadmap ownership, delivery management, sprint facilitation, stakeholder leadership, or program governance. We are specifically seeking individuals with strong product management and product ownership skills focused on content and specification evaluation, not those whose primary experience lies in project management, program management, delivery, or scrum leadership.

Key Responsibilities

You will meticulously assess and compare AI generated responses to a diverse range of writing prompts. These prompts include detailed specifications, crucial release notes, engaging user facing copy, and essential stakeholder updates.
You will carefully score each AI response. Your evaluation will consider multiple factors such as clarity, appropriate tone, precise adherence to given instructions, and overall usefulness for the intended purpose.

Requirements

You possess deep, demonstrable product management or product ownership expertise.
Your domain knowledge is paramount; prior experience in AI is not necessary for this particular role.
You thrive in a fully remote work environment, capable of contributing effectively from any worldwide location.
You exhibit strong analytical capabilities and an exceptional attention to detail.
