Key Responsibilities

Drive product growth, product profitability, and product vision to ensure our offerings consistently meet and exceed market demands.
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research through development, launch, and iteration.
Gather and prioritize comprehensive product and customer requirements, translating user needs into compelling product features.
Define clear product visions and roadmaps, aligning them with our strategic business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Delivery teams to ensure timely and high quality execution of product initiatives.
Work hand in hand with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet critical revenue targets and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.
Be a key driver in bringing our products successfully to market, making sure they resonate with our strategic vision and adapt to the ever evolving needs of the marketplace.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Several years of demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, preferably within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
Proven ability to manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a passion for creating intuitive, impactful products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical and non technical audiences alike.
A strategic mindset with the ability to define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap.
