This pivotal role focuses specifically on ElevenCreative, our platform designed to empower creators and marketers. As a Product Manager for ElevenCreative Self-Serve, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy that makes these powerful AI capabilities accessible, intuitive, and indispensable for our global user base. Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ElevenCreative Self-Serve platform, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and market trends, translating these into actionable product requirements.
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
Collaborate closely with engineering, research, design, marketing, and legal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a dynamic backlog effectively.
Champion the user, ensuring the self-serve platform is intuitive, powerful, and delightful for creators and marketers across diverse use cases.
Monitor product performance post-launch, using metrics and user feedback to inform future product development and optimizations.
Communicate product updates, plans, and results clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, especially with self-serve SaaS products, creator tools, or platforms focused on digital content creation.
A strong understanding of user experience principles and a demonstrated ability to build intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in creative tools is a significant advantage.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
