We are searching for a passionate Product Manager to assume ownership of the Vercel Dashboard. This critical role means defining how every Vercel user, from individual developers to large enterprise organizations, navigates our platform. You will guide the evolution of what currently serves as a project listing page, transforming it into a personalized, agent-powered surface. Your vision will help users proactively discover value and ship their innovations with unparalleled efficiency. You will report directly to our Product Lead. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, welcoming talent from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Craft the Dashboard Vision: Define and champion the strategic direction for the Vercel Dashboard, evolving it into an intelligent, personalized control plane that anticipates and meets user needs.
Drive User Experience: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for dashboard features, ensuring an intuitive, seamless, and delightful experience for all Vercel users, from first login to daily management.
Personalization and Agentic Features: Spearhead the development of features that leverage personalization and agent-powered insights, proactively surfacing relevant information and guiding users to value.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other product teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery.
Market & User Insights: Conduct thorough market research, analyze user feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
Performance Metrics: Define key success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate on features to continuously improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Strategic Communication: Clearly articulate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, successfully owning and delivering complex software products, particularly user interfaces, control planes, or dashboards.
A deep understanding of the developer experience and the unique needs of developers and engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level vision into detailed requirements and user stories, guiding engineering and design teams through execution.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the developer tools or cloud infrastructure space.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and improving user workflows.
