Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy and Vision: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas within our AI Neobank app, ensuring alignment with Bjak's overall mission and business objectives.
Deep User Understanding: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user insights to identify critical needs and opportunities, translating these into compelling product requirements.
Feature Definition and Execution: Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering, design, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
AI Integration and Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to create intelligent, personalized, and intuitive financial experiences for our users.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key metrics, analyze product performance, and make data driven decisions to continuously improve user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for your product area, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, demonstrating success in shipping complex products.
Direct experience within fintech, neobanking, or a strong understanding of financial services products is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in consumer facing products is a significant plus.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with a talent for breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross functional teams and stakeholders.
A strong user centric mindset, passionate about creating intuitive and delightful experiences.
