Bjak's original mission was born from the belief that people deserve smarter ways to plan, save, and grow their money. From our start in 2019 with a mobile-first insurance platform, we've grown exponentially. Now, we are expanding our reach to help people across the region with a full suite of financial services. We're a diverse, international team spanning over 20 nationalities, working both from offices and remotely across the globe. Key Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for specific AI Finance areas within Bjak, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Deep Customer Understanding: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
Define Product Requirements: Clearly articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across all teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to bring innovative AI powered financial products from concept to launch.
Launch and Iterate: Oversee successful product launches, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Fintech.
A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application within financial services.
Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and execute comprehensive product strategies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working within agile development methodologies.
A genuine passion for building user-centric, innovative financial products that solve real-world problems.
