Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bjak's AI Stockbroking product.
Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and customer empathy to identify opportunities and unmet needs within the investment landscape.
Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams.
Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Mentor and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and user-centricity.
Ensure the product adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and provides a secure, trustworthy investment platform.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead, specifically with a track record of building and launching successful financial technology products.
Deep understanding of stockbroking, investment platforms, and the broader financial markets.
Experience with AI/ML driven products or strong familiarity with applying artificial intelligence in financial services is highly advantageous.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges and ambiguous situations.
