Overview

As our Product Lead for AI Finance, you will take ownership of major product areas that directly impact how users spend, save, and grow their wealth. You will work alongside a diverse global team representing over twenty nationalities, blending sharp product intuition with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the comprehensive product vision and roadmap for Bjak AI Finance initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and executive teams to build breakthrough AI-powered financial tools.
Translate complex user financial behaviors into intuitive mobile-first product experiences.
Drive product discovery, rapid experimentation, and continuous iteration based on quantitative data and qualitative user insights.
Manage the full product lifecycle from early concept generation through to successful launch and scale.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading high-impact product teams within fintech, consumer tech, or artificial intelligence domains.
Deep understanding of mobile-first product development and modern financial ecosystems.
Strong background in leveraging artificial intelligence or machine learning models to solve real user problems.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with a bias for action and an obsession with user experience.
Outstanding communication skills to align cross-functional global teams and stakeholders.
