The Opportunity: Product Engineer, Internal Tools - LATAM

Imagine yourself at the heart of innovation, building the very tools that empower a rapidly scaling, AI-driven real estate platform. This is a fully remote role, open to exceptional talent across Latin America. We are searching for a hungry, highly autonomous Staff or Senior level Product Engineer to significantly help and scale our internal tools. The Internal Tools team is truly the operational engine of Luxury Presence. Your direct customers will be our own people across Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and even fellow engineering teams. When an internal team needs a bespoke tool to move faster, automate a critical bottleneck, or serve our clients better, you will be instrumental in building it or supporting the underlying architecture to make it happen. This role calls for a true '10x engineer' who can deliver outsized impact.

Overview

As a Product Engineer specializing in Internal Tools, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal operations. You will identify key pain points within various departments and translate those into robust, scalable software solutions. This position offers high autonomy and the chance to directly influence the daily workflows of hundreds of colleagues, ultimately contributing to our overall business success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality internal tools and applications that address critical business needs.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering to gather requirements and define effective solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across Luxury Presence's internal operations.
Maintain and enhance existing internal systems, ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability.
Drive projects from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support, taking full ownership of your work.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for the internal tooling ecosystem.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team, if at a Staff level.
Ensure all internal tools adhere to best practices for security, data integrity, and user experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Product Engineer, with a strong focus on building internal tools or operational platforms.
Demonstrable proficiency with modern web technologies, backend frameworks, and database systems.
A track record of working autonomously and successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for optimizing workflows through technology.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal teams.
A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices for building scalable applications.
Experience with or a strong interest in integrating AI/ML capabilities into engineering workflows is a significant plus.
Resides in and is legally authorized to work in Latin America.
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with a global team.
