Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Bjak, your role will be pivotal in translating complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. You will be instrumental in a variety of critical tasks, including:

Leading the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and user experience flows.
Advocating for the user, conducting user testing, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our products.
Crafting compelling and consistent design systems that scale across our diverse product ecosystem.
Applying a deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles, accessibility guidelines, and user-centered design methodologies.
Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovative solutions.
Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a culture of design excellence within the team.

Requirements

We are searching for an exceptional designer who possesses a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for making a real difference. Here's what we're looking for:

A strong portfolio showcasing your product design experience across various platforms (web, mobile, app).
Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably within a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you should be comfortable presenting your work and engaging in constructive critique.
