We are searching for a dedicated Product Counsel specializing in Equities and Tokenized Securities to join our global legal team. This pivotal role will see you serving as the primary legal point of contact for these critical product lines, ensuring Binance continues to innovate responsibly and compliantly. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute to a global mission from wherever you are.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary legal advisor and trusted partner for Binance's innovative product lines focusing on equities and tokenized securities.
Lead and manage all legal needs and obligations specifically related to tokenized securities and stock trading products and services.
Provide strategic counsel throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through development, launch, and ongoing operation.
Collaborate seamlessly with various internal legal specializations, including our Commercial, Corporate, Regulatory, Data Privacy, and Litigation teams, to ensure comprehensive legal coverage.
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional departments such as Compliance, Risk Management, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, and Tax to integrate legal considerations effectively into all business initiatives.
Offer timely and insightful guidance on emerging regulatory challenges and ad hoc legal issues impacting our global product offerings.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution.
Active admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with significant exposure to financial services, securities, or capital markets.
Demonstrable experience with product counseling, particularly in technology or fintech companies.
Strong understanding of global financial regulations pertaining to securities and derivatives.
Prior experience with or a keen interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets is highly advantageous.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually stimulating environment, often managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
