Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global integrated communication plans for new product launches, significant updates, and ongoing campaigns. These efforts will directly support Binance's broader product strategy and core business objectives.
Proactively identify and secure strategic media opportunities that position Binance and our various products as leaders within their respective categories, enhancing our market presence and reputation.
Collaborate closely with our Product Marketing teams. You will ensure seamless alignment of product messaging, campaign strategies, and execution across all communication channels.
Act as a primary point of contact for product-related public inquiries and potential concerns. Your role involves adeptly managing, de-escalating, and resolving public and user issues to maintain trust and brand integrity.
Craft compelling narratives and content that resonate with diverse audiences, effectively communicating complex product features and benefits in an accessible manner.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform communication strategies, ensuring our messaging remains relevant, impactful, and differentiating.

Requirements

You bring at least 5 years of dedicated experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar field. This experience should ideally be within the technology, finance, or a fast-paced global industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing global communication strategies for product launches and high-impact campaigns.
A deep understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or broader fintech landscape is highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging messages.
Proven ability to manage sensitive issues and crisis communications effectively, maintaining composure and strategic thinking under pressure.
Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and executive teams across different time zones.
