Producer, Client Experience & Growth (Contract)

Overview

This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. You will sit right at the intersection of sales and delivery, guiding new opportunities from initial intake all the way through to a seamless client handoff. Working alongside our strategy, creative, production, and operations teams, you will make sure every pitch shines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through final proposal submission.
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross functional collaboration across strategy, creative, production, and operations teams.
• Develop compelling proposal decks, accurate budgets, clear scopes of work, and supporting client materials.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for prospective client communications throughout the entire proposal process.
• Maintain thorough opportunity tracking and reporting so leadership always knows the status of the pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing client proposals, pitches, or managing accounts within a digital agency setting.
• Strong organizational skills with a relentless attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that make every prospective client feel prioritized.
• A collaborative spirit and comfort working alongside diverse teams of strategists, designers, and developers.
