Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Project Procurement Plans.
Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, including technical and commercial bid evaluations.
Lead supplier prequalification, selection, and complex contract negotiations.
Oversee the procurement of diverse project requirements, ranging from process and packaging equipment to electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ensure project timelines are met by tracking vendor engineering, manufacturing schedules, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage contractual obligations, variations, and claims while maintaining meticulous procurement trackers and registers.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant procurement and contract experience. Preferred candidates will have 8–12 years of experience in industrial project procurement.
Professional procurement certification will be considered a distinct advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets, commercial documentation, and multifaceted vendor relationships.
