Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive spend analysis across various categories to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Support the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, contributing to favorable terms and conditions.
Perform market research and supplier evaluations to build a robust and reliable supply base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Track key performance indicators for procurement activities, preparing regular reports for management review.
Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the procurement function.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity for all procurement-related documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role focusing on purchasing, supply chain, or finance operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment and collaborate effectively with a global team.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.
