As a Procurement Analyst within our Global Purchase to Pay Team, you will be directly responsible for the strategic management of our procurement functions, contributing to our mission of building a best-in-class HR platform.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic vendor sourcing, selection, and relationship management to ensure optimal value and performance for the company.
Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and internal demand to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement procurement best practices and processes, leveraging automation and AI where possible to enhance accuracy and speed.
Collaborate cross functionally with various departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement solutions align with business objectives.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators and service level agreements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and ethical sourcing standards across all procurement activities.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on procurement activities, savings, and performance for senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
