The Role: Process Artisan
The key purpose of the Process Artisan is to optimize processes on the packaging line, ensuring high operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex equipment challenges.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Process Artisan, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:
- Maintaining, repairing, and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices to minimize downtime.
- Operating and monitoring equipment when required to ensure smooth running of the packaging line.
- Optimizing overall plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety standards.
- Maintaining a safe, healthy, and hazard-free working environment.
- Applying Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) Principles and Practices in daily operations.
- Applying structured problem-solving processes to diagnose root causes of technical glitches.

- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: HND or B.Sc in an Electrical field.
- Certification: Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience within a manufacturing environment.
