The Role: Process Artisan

The key purpose of the Process Artisan is to optimize processes on the packaging line, ensuring high operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex equipment challenges.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Process Artisan, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

Maintaining, repairing, and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices to minimize downtime.
Operating and monitoring equipment when required to ensure smooth running of the packaging line.
Optimizing overall plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety standards.
Maintaining a safe, healthy, and hazard-free working environment.
Applying Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) Principles and Practices in daily operations.
Applying structured problem-solving processes to diagnose root causes of technical glitches.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: HND or B.Sc in an Electrical field.
Certification: Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience within a manufacturing environment.
