Key Responsibilities

Act as a premier technical advisor for forward thinking clients looking to adopt modern identity and access management solutions.
Design, prototype, and present custom proofs of concept that address complex technical environments and novel workflows.
Track emerging shifts in generative artificial intelligence and enterprise infrastructure to forecast customer security demands.
Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams to turn customer feedback into actionable roadmap features.
Mentor peers across the global solutions engineering organization and author technical resources that elevate the entire team.

Requirements

Extensive background operating as a senior or lead solutions engineer, technical architect, or systems consultant in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.
Solid command of identity frameworks, authentication standards, modern APIs, and emerging artificial intelligence platforms.
Proven capacity to translate difficult technical concepts into clear, value-driven conversations for technical practitioners and executive leaders alike.
A proactive, experimental mindset that enjoys building working solutions for ambiguous and fast-changing problems.
Demonstrated capability to thrive independently within an asynchronous, global, remote team culture.
