We are now seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed Principal Solutions Architect Middle East. This individual will lead technical engagement with Nebius' most strategic customers throughout the Gulf region. This senior, high-impact position focuses on complex presales, orchestrating large-scale ML workloads, and owning the end-to-end customer solution lifecycle, from early discovery right through to successful production adoption. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical advisor for Nebius' most strategic customers in the Middle East, understanding their unique business challenges and technical requirements.
Lead complex presales engagements, crafting bespoke solutions leveraging Nebius' AI cloud platform for large-scale machine learning and high-performance computing workloads.
Drive the entire customer journey, from initial technical discovery and solution design through proof-of-concept, implementation, and successful production adoption.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and to relay market feedback for future product development.
Architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions, demonstrating deep expertise in GPU orchestration, distributed systems, and AI/ML infrastructure.
Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value and capabilities of the Nebius platform.
Mentor junior solutions architects and contribute to best practices within the global solutions architecture team.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cloud, AI, and ML.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should bring:

Significant experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar customer-facing technical leadership role, specifically within the cloud, AI/ML, or high-performance computing domains.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex presales and post-sales engagements with enterprise customers.
Deep technical expertise in architecting and deploying large-scale machine learning workloads, including experience with GPU clusters, distributed training, and inference optimization.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and security principles.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience working with customers in the Middle East region is highly desirable.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
