Overview

You will take total ownership of the architecture, correctness, and future evolution of our authentication and access systems. These are easily the most security critical parts of our product stack. Success here demands a deep, intuitive understanding of identity protocols, advanced session management, and rock solid secure system design. You will guide implementation, define engineering standards, and untangle legacy codebases to build modern, highly scalable distributed services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and continuous evolution of our core authentication and authorization frameworks.
Drive modernization efforts to transition legacy implementations into sleek, highly scalable cloud native services.
Dive deep into complex cross service behavior to debug elusive issues and guarantee platform resilience.
Partner with teams across the organization to ensure consistent, secure, and reliable authentication flows.
Mentor engineers, elevate technical standards, and champion best practices in secure system design.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience designing and scaling mission critical authentication and identity systems in a SaaS environment.
Mastery of modern identity protocols, session management strategies, and distributed systems architecture.
A proven track record of debugging complex cross service interactions and driving legacy modernization.
Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring talent and elevating engineering teams.
