As a Principal Recruiter on our Core team, you will own full lifecycle hiring for our most complex and senior level G&A positions. While we are a remote first organization, we do bring the team together quarterly for collaborative in person working sessions we call surges.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial intake to closing offers for senior executive searches across your portfolio.
Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand talent gaps and design proactive sourcing strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and guiding them through inclusive evaluation processes.
Drive continuous process improvements that help our broader talent acquisition function scale efficiently.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our core values and brand integrity at every touchpoint.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading complex, full lifecycle executive recruiting within fast growing tech or financial environments.
A proven track record of influencing senior leadership and successfully closing hard to fill roles.
Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and data driven pipeline management.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with top tier candidates and internal stakeholders.
