Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project timelines, track vital tasks, and steer creative workflows using platforms like Workfront, Asana, and Notion.
Ensure every single deliverable stays strictly on schedule from the initial creative brief through final delivery.
Run an engaging agile operating cadence that includes daily standups and proactive milestone tracking.
Partner closely with strategists, copywriters, editors, designers, and account leads to remove blockers and foster seamless collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex B2B creative or digital marketing projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Deep familiarity with project management software such as Workfront, Asana, and Notion.
Strong background operating within agile frameworks and running daily standups or team syncs.
Exceptional organizational skills combined with a humble, hard-working attitude and a passion for purpose-built creation.
