Right now, we need a Principal Partner Solutions Consultant to step in and lead the charge with our ecosystem of partners. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to do your best work from wherever you are most inspired.

Key Responsibilities

Own technical relationships with key partners and serve as the go-to product expert for our unified AI platform.
Collaborate closely with our internal Partner Team to showcase Cresta capabilities during high-stakes pitches and technical deep dives.
Drive enablement initiatives that empower partners to independently sell, implement, and support our solutions.
Design custom demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments that highlight real business value for prospective enterprise clients.
Act as a vital feedback loop between our partner network and product engineering teams to shape future roadmap priorities.

Requirements

Extensive experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions consulting, sales engineering, or partner enablement within the SaaS space.
Deep familiarity with contact center technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or conversational platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and technical leaders alike through clear communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to tackling complex integration challenges.
Readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a truly global remote team.
