Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Databricks architecture solutions utilizing Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow for enterprise clients.
Lead technical initiatives across modern Lakehouse architectures, cloud-native design patterns, and AI-enabled data solutions.
Collaborate closely with cloud solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to translate platform capabilities into measurable business value.
Provide technical oversight and guidance while advancing CDW's broader cloud data platform and Digital Velocity solution offerings.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful delivery from conception to completion.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade Databricks platforms.
Deep expertise in Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
Proven background in providing technical leadership and driving strategic conversations with executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and AI or machine learning data solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with global teamwork and communication.
