Key Responsibilities

As our new consultant, you will bring expert functional knowledge to at least one standards domain, building content for both internal use and sponsor-facing projects. You will develop, implement, and maintain our standards libraries while ensuring compliance with CDISC and regulatory frameworks. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you will guide teams through standards implementation, solve complex business challenges, and recommend best practices. You will also collaborate across departments to define data collection strategies and take an active part in governance activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings deep industry experience in clinical data management and CDISC standards. You should have a proven track record of designing and implementing data standards libraries within a clinical research setting. Strong communication skills are essential since you will be working cross-functionally and guiding sponsors. A proactive mindset and a talent for driving continuous process improvement will help you succeed in this role.
