Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptual development and execution of breakthrough brand campaigns across digital and physical mediums.
Shape and evolve the visual identity of OKX ensuring consistency and impact across web mobile social and experiential touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with copywriters product designers and marketing leads to bring multi-layered stories to life.
Mentor emerging design talent and elevate the overall creative output of the broader brand team.
Push the boundaries of conventional crypto branding to create something genuinely memorable and human.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in brand design working at top-tier creative agencies or in-house global brands.
A stellar portfolio showcasing exceptional typography layout motion and conceptual thinking.
Deep fluency in industry-standard design tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite and motion software.
An independent self-starter attitude with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead complex projects from scratch.
A genuine passion for crypto technology Web3 and decentralized applications.
