Key Responsibilities

You will lead the entire journey of bringing fresh data sources onto our platform. This means evaluating what is coming in, scoping the technical needs, and making sure everything flows smoothly. You will work side by side with our engineering, product, and client teams. Every single source we add needs rigorous testing and accurate normalization, and you will be the driving force behind that quality. Your work ensures that leading healthcare and life sciences organizations receive actionable insights they can actually trust.

Requirements

We want someone who brings serious expertise in handling complex data pipelines and entity resolution at scale. You should have a deep understanding of data normalization techniques and source acquisition strategies. Strong communication skills are a must because you will collaborate with cross-functional teams every single day. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you know how to look at a messy dataset and turn it into a streamlined asset. Experience working within the healthcare or life sciences sectors is a huge bonus.
