Overview
As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager at TopDog Law, you will own the client journey from intake up to the litigation phase. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing medical records, handling insurance adjusters, and ensuring every case moves forward swiftly and accurately. This is a fully remote position that you can perform from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of Illinois personal injury pre-litigation cases from initial onboarding to the demand stage.
- Maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients to keep them informed and supported throughout their recovery.
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other vital case documents.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing parties to advocate for our clients.
- Ensure all case management software is updated accurately and in real-time.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing personal injury pre-litigation cases in the state of Illinois.
