Key Responsibilities

Leverage your professional network to secure introductory meetings with key decision-makers in biotech and life sciences organizations.
Shape and execute our comprehensive go-to-market strategy specifically tailored for the life sciences vertical.
Collaborate closely with our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CRO, to align sales targets with company growth goals.
Educate prospective clients on our cutting-edge cybersecurity, IT, and cloud services portfolio.
Drive new revenue streams by positioning Harbor IT as the premier managed service provider for life sciences companies.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a commercial or sales leadership role within the biotech or life sciences industry.
A robust, active network of contacts across pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences firms.
Deep understanding of the unique technology and cybersecurity challenges faced by life sciences organizations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport and long-term trust with executive clients.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and final interviews, complemented by a fully remote daily work setup.
