Key Responsibilities

Review complex plans, structural calculations, and project specifications to guarantee adherence to current building codes and local ordinances.
Draft thorough and clear plan review comment letters following specific municipal guidelines and company standards.
Collaborate with clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails to resolve questions and clarify review comments.
Evaluate diverse building systems including structural, architectural, accessibility, mechanical, and plumbing elements.

Requirements

Active registration as a Professional Civil or Structural Engineer.
Current ICC Certified Plans Examiner credential demonstrating deep knowledge of international building codes and construction methodologies.
Proven capability to independently review all required structural and auxiliary building systems.
