Key Responsibilities
- Help stand up our brand new React Native mobile application by building solid APIs and user facing functionality.
- Dive into our existing vanilla PHP codebase to investigate defects, troubleshoot production issues, and ship incremental improvements.
- Collaborate daily with Product, QA, and Support teams to resolve bugs quickly and guarantee consistent behavior across both web and mobile environments.
- Balance new product development with the steady maintenance of our foundational systems so everything stays reliable.
- Untangle complex business logic and write clean, maintainable code that scales gracefully.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience working with PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or React Native.
- A proven track record of maintaining and modernizing legacy codebases without breaking production.
- Solid understanding of API design, database structures, and backend architecture.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working alongside cross functional remote teams.
- Must be located in the LATAM region for this remote opportunity.
