About the Role
As the PET Water Line Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our bottled water production facility. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is deeply familiar with modern bottled water production processes, machinery, and plant workflows. You will be entrusted with the complete oversight of the production lifecycle—from raw material processing to final packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and supervise the entire PET bottled water production line to maximize output and efficiency.
- Organize daily and weekly production schedules in strict accordance with established company targets and market demands.
- Ensure uncompromising adherence to international quality standards, safety protocols, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and train floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Production Manager or in a similar supervisory role specifically within the bottled water or beverage manufacturing sector.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of PET blowing, filling, labeling, and packaging machinery.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-pressure situations, and meet stringent production deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively direct cross-functional manufacturing teams.
