About the Role
As a Performing Authority / Field Foreman, you will be at the heart of our site operations, ensuring that construction activities, field supervision, and manpower management are executed seamlessly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and productivity on-site.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred).
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in field supervision, manpower management, and diverse construction activities.
Mandatory Certifications
- Valid CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Preferred)
- First Aid & CPR
- H2S Alive
- Permit To Work (PTW)
