We need someone who can dive deep into performance metrics, craft robust test plans, and fine-tune systems for optimal efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Be involved in collecting comprehensive performance test requirements across different application technologies.
Write detailed performance test plans that incorporate testing objectives, environment setup, user profiles, potential risks, test scenarios, explanations of tools used, schedules, analysis methods, monitoring strategies, and presentation of results.
Develop and modify performance test scripts using industry-leading tools like Microfocus (MF) Performance Centre or JMeter. You should be adept at customizing and enhancing these scripts to meet specific workload requirements.
Develop and execute test scripts utilizing various protocols, including Web (http/html), web services, SAP, and Java user, primarily within MF Performance Centre.
Create and execute test scenarios precisely as per agreed workload models, leveraging either MF Performance Centre or other performance testing tools such as JMeter.
Monitor application performance effectively using industry-wide APM tools such as Nimsoft, Kibana, Appdynamics, or through direct OS commands like perfmon and Nmon.
Perform detailed analysis of test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for system optimization.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in performance testing methodologies and lifecycle.
Proficiency in developing and executing performance test scripts using Microfocus (MF) Performance Centre or JMeter.
Solid understanding and practical experience with protocols such as Web (http/html), web services, SAP, and Java user.
Experience with application performance monitoring tools like Nimsoft, Kibana, Appdynamics, or OS level monitoring tools such as perfmon and Nmon.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and identify root causes of issues.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventing performance problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
