As our Performance Director for Paid Media, you take complete ownership of our media budgets, acquisition strategies, and media buying teams. Your playground spans Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and exciting emerging channels. Success here is measured by scalable, profitable growth, rapid experimentation, and how seamlessly you turn raw data into thriving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the overarching paid media strategy and daily execution across all brand portfolios.
Manage substantial multi-channel ad budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and other growth networks.
Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing media buying team.
Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, AI, Finance, and Brand teams to align campaigns with company goals.
Design and execute rigorous experimentation frameworks to quickly identify and scale winning concepts.
Monitor key unit economics relentlessly to balance rapid growth with healthy profit margins.
